I disagree. I don't know why you have had an issue with the power button: for me I was able to press the light pipe quite easily, although most of the time I don't use the power button at all. Now, I don't have my Pi 5 in a case at all - it's on a Pimoroni NVMe base with the Raspberry Pi Active Cooler on top:

This Pi is being used as a server, so I generally don't have cause to press the power button.

The one thing that could be improved would be to make the case stay together a little bit more firmly. However, retooling the injection moulding would likely be quite expensive, I imagine. It was certainly adequate for my needs, although I have stopped using it now due to needing to have Pimoroni's NVMe base underneath the Pi, which is not possible using the official Pi 5 case.
