For those who are interested, I've attached some pics of the PCIe to NVME adapter board from the Argon Neo 5 case. The aforementioned autodetect pullup resistors on the PCIe signal lines are visible. Interestingly, there seem to be placeholder pads for an EEPROM and pogo pins for SDA, SCL and 5V power. These are all unpopulated, perhaps a future addition or a part of the design that was dropped when greater clarity on the Pi5 PCIe standard emerged? Where the pogo pins would connect to is unclear, their position doesn't appear to align with any pads on the Pi5 itself which sits directly above in this case.
