bullseye is working successfully now i installed it...(im not sure if bullseye support python 3.12) the only problem is with the bookworm..
Whatever the problem with installing RasPiOS Bookworm, it isn't going to fix your Python version requirement.

So i need a Raspios desktop version with python minimum version 3.12,
There is no version of RasPiOS that meets that requirement.

The default version of Python3 installed with RasPiOS Bookworm is

Code:

david@rp54bw64full0512:~/Projects/RasPiOS $ pythonPython 3.11.2 (main, May 2 2024, 11:59:08) [GCC 12.2.0] on linuxType "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.>>>

Regarding the issue of installing RasPiOS Bookworm. It might be a compatibility issue between the video system defaults in the OS and your connected display. There are many separate threads on that topic.
