Whatever the problem with installing RasPiOS Bookworm, it isn't going to fix your Python version requirement.bullseye is working successfully now i installed it...(im not sure if bullseye support python 3.12) the only problem is with the bookworm..
There is no version of RasPiOS that meets that requirement.
So i need a Raspios desktop version with python minimum version 3.12,
The default version of Python3 installed with RasPiOS Bookworm is
