Hallelujah!
Now I get a video with HMB01B0, Pico and Raspberry Pi. The only difference is I mounted Pico at first run Arduino Sketch for flashing and start processing sketch. I am not sure if this the reason. I will take some tests but I am pretty sure the memory is big enough for streaming.
