While I agree with what you say, and that is what the spec requires, I have seen mention of dumb 5A USB C extension cables. Such cables are NOT USB spec compliant. They might work, with the limitation that you would have to override the USB port current limiting. Also have to worry about cable length and voltage drop.Good luck on finding a powerbank that will provide a single connection with 5A at 5v. Even if you do find one, you'll need a 5A USB cable, and that will require using an "e-marked" cable with that rating.I would like to use my pi 5 on multiple projects, and I think it would be convenient if there was a portable power supply to support it, So do they got any?
