It can be done, however, as already noted, it is WiFi and RJ45 swapped. Because WiFi does not pass-on L2 broadcast, you need a routed solution. So It needs to be a router simply. I have something done for similar reason, it was/is based Pi3B and RPiOS64 Bookworm, but due to RPiOS64 Trixie introducing netplan.io, it was/is all messed up. So reverted/hacked/tweaked various key things until working a gain, but as ARM64 Debian Trixie Virtual Machine now, rather complex and based on my own dedicated things in my home network. And needs CLI (remote) to get started, not fit for Raspberry anymore.
I would say put OpenWRT on the RPi, login and then reverse WiFi and RJ45. It is more than 5 years ago I did use OpenWRT, but it allows you to add and change network I/O (also VLANs) besides the default 'LAN' and 'WAN'.
