Thank you for the advice.You should delete these lines from config.txt. They are legacy commands. What you have added to cmdline.txt should be enough.In RPI Debian trixie gets the edid from HDMI receiver, config.txt makes no affect. But we can choose the desired resolution from cmdline.txt.Code:
hdmi_group=2hdmi_mode=87hdmi_cvt=800 480 60 6 0 0 0
I changed it as you said and it still does the same.
I have also contacted Waveshare and to my surprise they responded in a couple of days.
They asked me for some info, take a video of booting up and connect to see if it works with a windows machine.
I dont have a windows machine right now, sent the video and now they are asking for a photo of the back and also which version of RPiOS.
