I've just looked at your logs with dom

vc4-drm axi:gpu: [drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes

in the kernel log is it saying it can 't read or potentially parse the EDID for some reason.

Can you add "drm.debug=0x14" to /boot/firmware/cmdline.txt (do NOT add any carriage returns), and reboot to the console. The kernel log should then have a load of information from where it reads and parses the EDID, so should allow us to work out why it isn't finding any modes.
