how did you configure the serializer/deserializer, by the external resistors i.e.?yes i have board (cm4 mounted on io board and cm4 dsi1 to serializer input 1 and serializer fpd link 0 is connected to descrializer and my rgb888 pannel is connected on deserializer).

Have you tested BIST to see if your signal link is working and your display is able to display?
DSI timing will not be equal to DPI timing!
