Interface cable is correct, so make sure you're inserting it correctly.
Based on your first post yoi have Bookworm installed. Is it the 32- or 64-bit version?did you alter the config.txt file? Post the content of your config.txt.
Which power supply do you have? You've stated 60W in your first post. Is this a 60W USB-C PD power supply? Id you don't use a PD supply which 'negitiates' 5A capability with the Pi5 it can be a PSyu issue as well.
