which pretty much said, this CM really needs active cooling.
To be fair, Raspberry Pi Foundation did state in the getting started guide to remove the fan that was preinstalled. It just didn't seem like a good solution.
If you put the fan on top as I suggested you still get airflow - it is not a great solution but it is better foregoing the fan altogether.
And it looks like, well like a development kit.
