Raspberry Pi 5, running latest bookworm update. Raspberry pi approved power supply for Pi5. Active cooler fitted.
Followed official documentation for fitting official M2 HAT.
System is not seeing the drive. The Pi imager is not seeing it. There is a little red light permanently lit on top of the SSD, and checking suggests that means all is ok. (but why not have a green led for that!?)Thats what i am seeing for that command.Code:

i have disassembled it all and re-assembled. i have re-imaged the sd boot card to make sure there are absolutely no issues with latest firmware, software. Everything is 'official'. Not using any 3rd party things because i do not have the skills to deal with compatibility issues. But clearly that was a waste of time and money, as i have them!
So, is there a fix or checks I can make? Or do you think I simply have a knackered part somewhere?
