Tested on a Pi4 with Bookworm 64-bit desktop, version of 13 Nov 2024. (Using Imager settings that I always use that work)
Fails to start WiFi
journalctl hasNote the date is 13 Nov in that log.
See similar postFixed by using ethernet cable and setting WLAN country code to GB in raspi-config. WiFi came up on reboot.
