Beginners • Mopidy stream to static URL / Apps for stream only Internet radio

I have an Internet radio which only supports live streams. I'd like to be able to access podcasts / apps .
I'm thinking sometime like Mopidy where I can use my andoird phone to control the apps / podcasts, but the server side needs to be able to output to a static URL to point my radio to.

Does Mopidy support this? Is there another way to do this?
