Yep bridge Pin - 8+7 or put in a switch on lines 8+7 before it meets the ATX power plug.At this point I'd recommend the ATX power supply you already have. There are tricks to get an ATX supply to turn on without needing a PC motherboard attached. On the other hand, most ATX supplies have enough capacity they can supply a PC motherboard along with a Pi 5.
Around here there are 12 Pi 4Bs, 4 Pi Zeros and an AMD-based PC all powered from the same ATX supply. That was an older ATX supply with 40A on the 5V rail

A newer power supply should still have enough 5V capacity for a PC and a Pi 5.
