depends on what you define as hackedIf anyone has hacked Pi boot files they are keeping quiet
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cH23kI7ISdY
this would be the open firmware (a complete replacement of bootcode.bin and start.elf) running on a pi2, and booting into plain old debian
but my stage1(bootcode.bin) lacks support for fixup.dat, so i cant load the closed firmware
i also lack working fat and hdmi drivers
so the kernel and firmware has to live in /boot on ext4, and youll never get hdmi
both of those issues, would make it difficult for it to hide on a modified system
