I have seen plenty of discussion on sending audio data from one PulseAudio server to another, and have done that successfully. While this is nice, I'm trying to play music on both "server" and "client" Raspberry Pi 5 devices[*] running PulseAudio at the same time. I want to hear the same music stream from both devices.
I have been playing with the "paprefs" and "pavucontrol" interfaces for hours trying to figure out how to do what seems so simple. Is there a way to achieve this goal with these tools, or is command-line work required (I would really prefer these GUI tools if possible)? If so, what should I do?

*I am waiting for a second Pi to arrive, so for the meantime, I have a fake pi, running Raspberry Pi OS in VirtualBox on Windows. It has the Raspberry desktop environment and its IP is being "bridged' in VirtualBox to make it accessible to my actual pi on the same network as the virtual machine's host device.
