Check with the vendor if the linux version of Paintstorm studio will run on a Raspberry Pi (ARM architecture).
The usual issue is that by "linux" they mean x86 linux - the linux version that runs on PCs with Intel/AMD processors.
Also the pi zero 2W only has 512MB of memory so might not be good for graphics intensive programs.
