This will be a diy project. There are cases which are IP65 or better. Your problem will be cooling. If you don't want to much trouble and try outs with dead RP5's you could do best to choose for liquid cooling. In the housing you have to make two connections for in and out water. Those can be bought also IP65+ (yacht shops). Next problem is the air inside the case. If its always under water you won't have a problem. But if its operated above water you could have trouble with condensation of the air. Believe me, you won't believe your eyes of the volume of water that can come out of the trapped air. This is enough to destroy electrical equipment. Connection with the RP5 can be done with IP65 connectors ie male/female chassis parts and male/female connectors, all can be bought IP65+ rating. But I warn you, those don't come cheap.
You really don't need cooling. Least of all water-cooling.

I agree about condensation. Since this is an outdoor project, not an underwater project, all that's needed is a small weep hole drilled in the underside of the enclosure.
