How much are you willing to pay to those doing your job?

I mean here, I want to do this project as a big assignment in my lecture, but I don't fully understand what components I should equip to make this controller. Especially in adjusting the variation of the damper opening and also the variation of the centrifugal fan speed on the AHU.

So, I'm asking for help on this forum if you want to tell me, it's not my intention to recruit people to work on this project.

I think figuring those things out would be part of the assignment. As such, I think a much better approach would be to discuss with other in the same lecture and work out the idea with other who know something about this project, because we don't know anything about it or the lecture.

Not that you won't find help here, doing it that way just seems to make more sense to me.
