I have been struggling to figure out why I am having so much trouble getting my problem figure out. I am using Pi Imager to install 64bit bookworm lite on SSD. It run okay until I expand file system and update using raspi-config and reboot it. Then I will recieve error EXT4-fs error (device sda2): _ext4_find_entry
indoe *22 comm sd-resolve:reading directory lblock 0. I have tested SSD with smartctl with drive hook to a different computer. SSD is a 250gb Smasung EVO in a powered Sabrent enclosure. I have tried desktop version, and that didn't work either.
I do not need a desktop since I am running it headless. I have also tried expanding partition with gparted without any luck. One time I used dd to copy OS from sd to SSD. Pi runs good from sd card. I have also tried using balenEtcher and Rufus to image SSD.
I cannot figure out what I am missing. I would have added this to my previous port, but it's locked.
I've been Googling and Googling trying to figure this out.
Thanks, Doug
