Thanks, I'm UK based and it's similar here but usually the driver gets a letter which is a slap on the wrist because it's not prosecutable without a calibrated device operated by a trained operator. The letter for most is usually a shot across the bows but also the reg cab get flagged if it happens too often

I'd suggest getting in touch with your local community speed watch group first if there is one. I'd also suggest checking what signage is required and what privacy and data protection rules apply. Especially if you're tempted to go the name and shame route.
