there are signs of the ancestors of the chip being mobile SoC's, and it has a lot of power management stuff, and the ability to turn off large chunks of the chip to extend battery lifeMaybe all that stuff is just disabled.

do you have an example of that? ive not heard of anything like thatLess confusing I guess is how they write assembly lines with four instructions in one line - I guess they must be executed concurrently.
