Likely yes but you likely need some components for the motors.

It would help to know what it is supposed to be when done. Sort of having the picture of the complete jigsaw puzzle Is it a kit?

So what is the component?

Basically, it's not a kit; it's a project of mine that needs to be uploaded to AWS so I can connect it to my phone application.
