Hi! I've searched for a while and found multiple posts on different errors communicated through the LED on devices. I have a newly purchased Raspberry Pi 5 8GB RAM. I have an SD card with Raspberry Pi OS on in. I installed it a few days ago. While waiting for the new one I've tried it on my Raspberry Pi 3B and it works (it was configured for 5 however). Now when I try it on my new one, LED is blinking three times slowly and one fast, in green.
I haven't found this specific pattern while searching. Does anyone have any idea why this is or what I can do?
Could be related, when I opened the package a tiny beige plastic thing fell out. About 3 mm with three tiny plates sticking out of it. Can't find where it would go. Only made of plastic.
Edit 1: I booted the SD card up on my Raspberry Pi 3B. Since three green blinks indicate a missing start.elf file. I found the file at /boot/firmware
The OS was updated on my 3B prior to me trying it on my new 5.
