Good move, trying another video. It gives us more to go on and points the finger at the first video.
Supposing your first video is nearer 6s, that is 1200 runs in 2 hours. 1200 runs* 6.47Mb = 7,764MB. Suspiciously close to 8GB, no?. Go on, tell me it's a 4GB, LOL.
I think what I would be looking at now is scripting in a pause as long as the video and seeing if the number of plays of the original video remains about the same or the machine drops out at about 2 hours again or whether the problem goes away. I am thinking that your first video does not close itself out [ie send a signal "I am done"] whereas the second one does.
