The Pihole software itself has periodic updates every few months, that will necessitate a reboot.
However, powering any electronic device down and up regularly will stress it thermally, as it cools and heats. I leave my Pihole on permanently, like the router. I'm guessing you don't power cycle your router? or any network hubs? Same approach to the Pihole applies?
