Config Display Screen Blanking button is Left Grey OFF. Completely Black Screen for 2 seconds followed by only the Desktop Background going Black for less than 1 second. The Blanking sequence repeats randomly regardless of activity in 2 to 5 minutes. If after Booting No APS are started then this Blanking does Not occur even for 1 hour. Then if you open Task Manager and Text Editor and start typing the Blanking will start occurring in 2 to 5 minutes.
